3 stars: Facing problem also with this new update (Smash Buttons, like.. Arrival, Start trip, End trip) when I open Google map and other apps like phone contacts for customer calling etc.. To enable buttons have to offline then close careem app and then reopen app. my Phone Huawei Prime 2019 with lates android updated
5 stars: Please Add in-App SMS and Calling feature in both Captain and client apps. In-App SMS should also included picture sharing so that client san also share their location picture etc. Because careem users will already be connected to internet of course so it will be more convenient to use in-App sms and calling, more cost effective and make the Careem more popular too. 3 stars: Service given by careem to the captain are not satisfactory.when ever they block or any other issue they don't like to inform the captain about that matter. When ever it's very easy to send them a message. A person who is in the way and waiting for a ride, and you block him suddenly, its your responsebility.
3 stars: you must provide an option for captains to update profile picture and mobile number, of course you can take your processing time but it was supposed to be there and also if you can make the map better within the Careem Captain app just like Google maps...
