5 stars: I haven't had many problems with the app. In all it's a good app. One thing i like about Reolink is if they are having a problwm on their end they will tell you instead of running you through hoops insisting the problem is on your end like most companies will do. Reolink is doing a fantastic job on bringing new features and updates to this app.
4 stars: Its good i like being able to watch my house when away from home. Though ive noticed at night the black and white mode seems to lose its visual but when switiching to color then back to B\u0026W it sees great for a second then doesnt. Also during daytime ive found that recently motion sensing has been kinda hit or miss especially while viewing in B\u0026W but that could be due to my own sensitivity settings
3 stars: It would be nice if it worked in local mode. Always telling me connection is poor and move Fluent Mode. Nice camera otherwise. Please, it is not for me to report to your team. It is your responsibility. Not a good product. Don't bother, with their attitude.
4 stars: Great app and Caneras!!! Please adde Google Home support!!!! Please consider adding casting or android TV support for NVR and App. (for POE Cameras). Could be a simple software update. PIR should be available for POE cameras.
