3 stars: When the app actually works it's great. However, the entire styleseat system crashes atleast twice a week. The app won't load, website won't load, nothing will work from a computer or a phone. This makes it very difficult to continue using this system when it's hindering clients from booking appointments or trying to check someone out after their appointments. Very aggravating.
3 stars: This app is great for finding stylists in your area and making appointments. However it only received 3 stars from me because as of late it has erased all of my saved/favorite stylists and it is no longer allowing me to save my favorites without them disappearing moments later. I hope they fix this bug soon.
3 stars: Easy to book initial appointments but more challenging to modify reservations. Should be more client friendly. There should be credits if services are not conducted in the time reserved. Send appointment follow ups - not for general feedback. Be specific - Ask clients if appointments happened on time? Hold your service providers accountable.
4 stars: Love the app. Convenient for searching and booking service. Only bad experience came from a stylist who didnt update contact and location information. So, I spent an hour before a funeral looking for a place I would never find.
