5 stars: Very good app for starters, there is a tutorial and an explaining session for each piece, and another session just for practicing with level selection for the AI, good enough to prepare you for either evaluate your level or to improve yourself each level at time!
3 stars: needs a rewrite for most of the text as well as proofreading by someone adept at English sentence structure and grammar. could also benefit from alternate identification characters for the pieces. other than those two points i find it to be a fairly solid game.
4 stars: this game has been great, I just started shogi and I have enjoyed this game a lot! And the pieces are a bit confusing, That's the only reason I gave it a 4 star, it does show you what the pieces move, but the game is really enjoyable to play.
5 stars: My only complaint is the English translation for the rules is extremely rough. If I wasn't already familiar with how the game is played I'd never get anywhere. That said, it's a very useful app to try out the game.
4 stars: A well-crafted game. The only drawbacks are the English translations and the paid membership to play online more than three times. Other than that, the offline experience is on point. And what's the name of the song that's played during a match?
