4 stars: If you want a few quality matches, this is probably the app for you. It rewards active users, while disincentivizing those that dont respond, but has a waitlist, so it takes a while to even get started.
3 stars: Only 3 potential matches per day. How do you remove the LinkedIn connection? I really don't want strangers knowing where I work.
5 stars: Most early success I've had with any dating app. like that it encourages folks to exchange info, meet, or otherwise juat get to know one another away from the app. Great quality of people in the community. The setup feels less like a job application and more like, well, a place to meet people.

I've only been using it for a short period of time, but I definitely feel that the prospects I am seeing are compatible with me in terms of my background and interests. I was anticipating a long time on the wait list, so I was pleasantly surprised when it was shorter than I expected.
