4 stars: I like the format of the app. It is very easy to get started. You can quickly build your practice by starting at beginner 1 and move up as you are ready. I do think some of the transitions are awkward. I find it odd when it flips back and forth between supine and prone positions in rapid succession. In a normal class the prone poses would be grouped together then the supine positions would be grouped together...
5 stars: Thanks for the good app!! I do factory work, 10 hour shifts 4 to 5 days a week. This app is extremely helpful! I'm also a magician and yoga helps to clear the mind and become one with oneself.
