3 stars: Prices get increased from first page to last page. Make sure you show the final price to the customer on the booking page itself rather than adding refined prices and tax, concession fee prices on the next pages. That way you are just basically playing with customer's minds and deceiving them
3 stars: The price was the best available online for my flight. But the PNR for some of the flights were swapped in the booking details as well as in printed itinerary, which lead to a lot of confusion and last minute trouble at web check-in and at airport. If this issue was not there, I would have given them 5/5
5 stars: As a frequent traveler, I have tried almost all the apps. Nothing beats HEG. Super deals and guaranteed lowest prices. Suggested to add low fare finder against the date as this would help to plan the trip. Superb guys, keep it up
5 stars: The booking fares are the cheapest I found. The payment was easy and fluid. Also it displays all the info one needs while booking. Definitely a better experience. May bad reviews are are there too...but for me it was pretty smooth.
