4 stars: Enjoying the new interface! All I ever used the app for was reading stories and listening to my local station. I can still do all of that, but now not feel like I'm using an 8 year old app! Not a fan of the ads and I think it's silly that they refer to them as
3 stars: I love NPR! Today, your app started accompanying push notifications with an extremely aggressive vibration that doesn't seem to stop until I make it stop. It's way more aggressive than an actual phone call. It's interrupted 2 meetings today. As much as I love NPR, I have to switch to AP. These notifications are causing too much disruption to my life. But thanks for all the amazing journalism you do!
2 stars: So far not impressed with new and improved. No dark mode, no multiple stations saved to easily switch through. Too much like the unlikable NPR One app. Please add a classic version that's just a straight stream of the station again with a multi station favorite list. The constant interruptions in app are unwelcome.
2 stars: Feb 3, 2023: NPR made their app horrible. It was previously buggy and glitchy, so they made the new version literally useless. There is now no way to just add a whole show to your playlist. The app constantly forces this garbage
