5 stars: Update: the team fixed the isuue. Thank you so much!! My subscription has disappeared. The invoice shows it's paid for this year but no content is being allowed to play. Have sent several emails but no response except for the initial automatic response. Is the site down right now? I even updated the app. Still not working. Please help🙏🙏
5 stars: Hi JioSavan Developer, the search feature does not work for second or next music or artists or podcast search until I don't close the app and reopen. So It is quite irritating. Please fix this bug asap. Requesting to add a feature to play local musics. I mean whatever musics are available in my phone space.
4 stars: I like the music quality and the library it offers. Only complain I have is about the UI. The dark mode colors should be little more darker and the button and other elements can be more larger or more larger.
3 stars: Cant change my jio tune now, been 6 months with the same. No songs are available to me. Not able to understand why. Even the ones which I kept before this one. The app crashes in between whenever it feels like. Not the internet problem, bcz other things work smooth as butter. Just want to change my Jio Tune. Hope the developer can help me out for that.
2 stars: I am facing a lot of issue nowdays , since the last update , app crashes automatically, my download section is not visible and so i can't select the music , also it's lagging with the Bluetooth devices . Please fix this .
