5 stars: Good delivery prices and usually fast times.
5 stars: Very good delivery app. Available to pay cash at point of receiving.
4 stars: very good food ordering service. Ongoing coupons, incentives and reliable deliveries. However I'm unable to use my card, which limits my purchases.
4 stars: Good delivery fees and very good promotions, my complain would be the GPS: It is never showing my right location, it's always quite different, no matter how many times I select the right location. This is confusing your driver's a lot, and it's not my fault.
3 stars: it doesn't run smoothly and the interface is not responsive as other apps, it is rather intrusive and annoying to use
3 stars: still needs much improvement but it's good to have alternatives. gps is not accurate at times. order updates are not sometimes on point it refreshes many times and sometimes options change while available on other platforms.
2 stars: Everything is fine until there is an issue with a delivery. Just pray you dont need to contact support because the system is absolutely trash, and it takes upwards of 40 minutes to get in touch with a support technician. I dont give it 1 stars because the person from support was helpful.
2 stars: App could be better but I genuinely hate the spam notifications. They are categorised as 'general' so they cannot be filtered. Very sneaky.
