5 stars: It's really amazing. I do support e ticketing you can buy your tickets very easily, and with discount.
4 stars: Good app but make it more fast to judge the route. Sometimes it does not detect the route automatically.
3 stars: It is ok but need more improvement. When you are changing bus and taking another tickets that time it's not allowing to take another ticket. And you are not able to take 2 persons ticket at once. If you have your phone then you are able to take your ticket only. This should be improve.
3 stars: The charter does not work completely, if you check the location of the bus, it looks wrong, and the location of many buses does not show itself, felt very bad
2 stars: Not showing proper routes, difficult to connect, payment stuck, barcode not available in all buses. Need more work on it.
2 stars: Poor app can be better but, no improvement so far. You need to realise the issue about live tracking of Buses, arrival time, available route to any destination etc. As almost your means DTC buses has GPS enabled. If not so enabled please convince the authorities liable for that. App is running very slow, I download it again but as the current reviews I read no improvement shown. I will share my coming experience shortly after using.
