5 stars: Had a problem with the Viu TV app couple of days ago and emailed the Viu support team. They replied the next day and fixed the problem. They have been very responsive and helpful on several occasions when i have problems. Would highly recommend to upgrade to premium subscriber.
4 stars: Vast selection of kdrama, shows and anime. Playback control could be better if there is playback speed control and place the play/pause button in the center. Filipino dubbed is not as loud, I need to almost max the volume to hear dialogue clealy. Lastly, its not yet supported on Google TV. You can cast on big screen using chromecast but directly playing on Google TV is much better.
4 stars: Where is the Docu-Series? Me and family loves to watch ID series and it's gone?? Also please have a re-run on Running Man 2010, 2011 and 2013. The other years I have re-watched it for few times already. But missing those 3 years still waiting for it again even if it's only for a limited time.

2 stars: Please fix the bug in your Viu TV app. I'm unable to stream or play anything on my LG TV Viu app after the recent update on 12 July 2022. It leads me to a black screen each time I click play. I believe other users of the Viu TV app are facing the same issue. It has nothing to do with my Internet connection or TV as the rest of the apps like Netflix, PrimeVideo, YouTube are working fine.
