2 stars: idk why Gmail insists on not allowing you to customize your inbox through the app. You're forced to use a computer, and that is highly inconvenient for people who primarily use their mobile devices to access their email. You can't create folders through the app, there's no
2 stars: I can never disable the grouping of emails which is a confusing and annoying feature. I can't easily follow along with a conversation and have to search for a long time before finding an email amongts the caos of grouping, and that's if I find it. You would also think that my most used contacts would be saved automatically, but of course not.Now I can't read an email while replying.
