5 stars: I have about 1000 photos & have found G Photos to be simple and easy to use. Thanks Google, my # 1 ever since you came on line. I hate MSN , others because they are so very cluttered. Only negative is.... What I would love to see from this developer is the ability to first edit the photos particularly eliminate dups! Also is to edit the order (that I want) the pics are shown (IE;
3 stars: The big issue is the app is less useful for my use cases then it used to be. It is less clear what is backupef on photos from my phone, what is sti processing, etc. Also the create a movie feature I used to use to quickly iterate on travel blogs for my family. This no longer works, as it insists on cropping videos to landscape.
3 stars: No sort. I want size at top so I can lean out instead of blowing money on more storage which what they want you to do. UPDATE. I found it. You have to click on the storage full graphic, then the list is sorted by size. Dumped 20GB whew, now I can get emails. I deleted over 20,000 messages last week but the photos quickly eat away at your storage. The nav/UI could be more straight forward is my only gripe.
