5 stars: I needed security system for my house but keep seeing how expensive they are and the costs are all upfront. Vivint, on the other hand changed from it's bad reputation to good by keeping up the good product and offer financially affordable product. I've only used it for couple days, but the sales person was informative and tech was very professional. Cameras are crystal clear and seems to work flawlessly.
4 stars: I have had a good experience with it. the only things I am not impressed with is that the camera doesn't continually keep recording when someone is at the door, instead it cuts off while they're standing there. also I wish you could control the temperature is between a certain time instead of just a general time, like the previous app did. otherwise like the app.
2 stars: So slow to load anything it's essentially useless. By the time a notification comes in, it's already usually too late, and even if it's not, the app takes so long to load (15+ minutes) after a notification has happened that there's no chance you'll catch a delivery person before they've given up and left.
