5 stars: I use this app often to make hassle free appointments with the registered practitioners. Extremely easy to use, intuitive,and personally easier than having to use the telephone. I am able to converse and communicate in French but the telephone has always been more complicated for me!
4 stars: You can choose your region if it is Germany, France or Italy and you get your app using the language accordingly. Still no English language with any of those regions, a pity, but much better now than before.

3 stars: All in all a great app! Only problem I encounter is that I have to log in every single time I want to use the app and that's really annoying. Additionally an option to switch to English would be great. It can be so hard for non-German speakers to make appointments and this app would be the perfect solution.

2 stars: Although I do appreciate the service, but the app is almost entirely horrible, there is a huge issue regarding staying logged in or even to log in isn't like many other apps with one click. However, the filtering process isn't working well ...
