3 stars: Lacking in-app support, unable to review no show appointments or provide reason for cancellation for accountability etc. Address verification service didn't work for some valid addresses. Minor UI defects while navigating. No in-app chat with service providers.
5 stars: I moved over here a few years back from the UK, tried many Barbers/ Hairdressers around the Leslieville, Beaches and Downtown area- all pale in comparison to Japeth's work! He knows his craft. I cannot recommend more highly! And to top it all, he is an extremely down to earth, friendly gent! Thanks so much Japeth!
5 stars: I've been coming to Freshmen for almost 10 years. Sho, the owner, is fantastic and personable with all his clients. All of the employees are fantastic and friendly. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a fresh cut
