5 stars: This has got to be the best app for food delivery. Excellent customer service, they own up to their mistakes and are nothing like UberEats and rates are reasonable. If you don't have the doordash pass and you order more than once a week, you're missing out!
4 stars: first time using the app and got 50% off. more selections then skip and with no delivery fee that is fantastic. would have given it 5 stars but, I know the store I purchased from has 2 for 1 deals and that's not an option. other than that it is fantastic and I'm super happy!
5 stars: as someone who's used uber eats for loke- the majority of my time in the city i switched to doordash today since (with the weather) uber eats isn't delivering. surprised I didn't switch sooner. the UI is so much nicer, more responsive and just overall better
3 stars: Doordash has serious usability issues. Floating buttons that interfere with the background, double-clicking during backend functions are running, review screens that you can't go back, delivery ETA that are not real time.
5 stars: I have to sign in every time I open the app. I don't understand why it's so difficult to keep me logged in. Every other app does it. Edit: issue was resolved so I have updated my rating to reflect that change.
