5 stars: Customer service is excellent. Very easy to book tours and hotels. Wouldn't really use for flights because booking on WeChat (here in China) is more straightforward, but for fast trains, it's great because this app offers transfers and alternative options. Overall a great app and very easy to use. Although the latest update has my app glitching, it closes within a few seconds of opening. Something to fix on the tech side
3 stars: This app is excellent for up-to-date, COVID19 travel information. It is the reason why I added it. As for air tickets, its algorithm only does the simplest of searches. There are much better choices for the cost-conscious air traveller.
5 stars: This app is really good, I use it to book high speed train tickets in China all the time. The only feature that is missing that would be nice is to be able to select the seats ( aisle vs window )

5 stars: Have beem using Trip for almost 3 years and have loved the easiness and reliability of the app for finding great deals and bookings. Although i do wish it were easier to find promo codes and additional discounts, still amazing app ^.^
