3 stars: IG has been so buggy lately. Missing send buttons in PMs. Posts with long captions being unreadable because it either snaps to the beginning of the post or jumps to the next before you can read the end. Effects not loading in stories. Stop trying to make IG be all the other apps in one...it used to be uncomplicated and unique. How about we go back to that.
4 stars: Obviously a great app with loads of business potential. However, customer support is virtually non-existent. You are at the mercy of precarious algorithms and vague unwritten rules. Super platform for artists, though.
3 stars: I can't answer questions on my stories. Every time I try sharing the answers, when I hit publish the app crashes. This app is getting so buggy with all the new features they're trying to add, it drives me up the wall.
4 stars: only things missing are the ability to edit/resize the actual photos (one can change the written content, but not the pictures?! \ud83e\udd14) \u0026 a drooling emoticon (\ud83e\udd24) for replying to ppl with delicious food-related stories... which I do...a fair bit
3 stars: Instagram is almost the same now as it was before. The only difference is a couple of my friends and I aren't getting direct message notifications. We've double checked all notification settings on the app as well as on our phones and it still won't notify us of messages.
