4 stars: SharePoint makes so much sense, allowing multiple people to edit as well as access files simultaneously via Browser, instead of having to open from a hard disk. Plus it works in Mainland China, unlike the similar Google Sheets. But if only Microsoft could make SharePoint Mobile Phone-friendly, which Google Sheets IS.
