5 stars: Very impressed and happy with the App and functions. Very user friendly. No issues, no bugs, no errors. Staff in my local area are also amazing!! The staff made me want to shop here instead of Aldi, but now with the App I have an extra incentive to shop at Lidl rather than conveniently shopping at Aldi on way home. 5stars for overall satisfaction with App \u0026 Staff
4 stars: Ok, but prizes have gone down, only ever money off something I wouldn't buy. I never leave the store until I see the app receipt come up on my phone. On one occasion it didn't work even though it had beeped through. I put everything through a second time and the the cashier was able to rectify this by using the receipt I had just been given.
4 stars: Our branch has terrible Internet reception, it takes ages to log in sometimes, it also needs some self service checkouts, otherwise good, we use a lidl in Spain a lot and stock Is amazing, also could do with more products on a regular basis, missing the deadline for the money vouchers can be a nuisance if you forget to click the money voucher box you lose the discount.
5 stars: If it goes by what you buy the coupons are not always right, plus I also agree about the \u00a32 \u0026 \u00a310 awards should have a longer time scale have missed out on quite a few because couldn't get to the shop within the week especially during lock down, it's not always easy if you have to travel to shop.
