5 stars: After an extremely frustrating experience with the buses in Malta I decided to take the worry out of my trip to the Airport and Bolt rode to the rescue. What a relief to have an intuitive, simple, straightforward app. The journey options (type of vehicle) are excellent. The timings are accurate. Prices are reasonable, and you do have options depending on the type of vehicle you select. Highly recommended!
4 stars: An amazing app with many useful features. But couldn't find how to add a home and a work location from map. Alongside with it, ordered drivers' details are not being cached / saved for someone to contact the drivers if they have left their ownings in it (like their purses or bags).
5 stars: It is the best transport cause it makes sure you reach your destination. My only issue is when you have to pay a different amount from the one you signed up for.... Eish that's really horrible cause you might not have extra cash and that will be a problem. I always had to add money after my rides and I hate it.
3 stars: generally well priced and decent when you find a driver but they often reject the job and it can take up to 40 minutes to find a driver to accept where you want to go, especially when I need to get to city of London. Less issues with competitor apps.
