4 stars: Good, realistic approximation navigation route. I am surprised how good Amigo is, despite a new app. The last couple of months I use Amigo as my primary navigation, connected to Android Auto, and also during our vacation trip to Italy. However the list of the saved/My places, when connected to Android Auto, is limited to 5. The last search list is also limited to 5. Please expand those lists in AA.
3 stars: Really like it but the routing is not the best. In Johannesburg the app seems to be choosing routes with less to no tolls irrespective of whether or not the option is selected. So the option to go from west to east takes you through Johannesburg central instead of around on the highway. This while two other popular, well known apps choose the highway route with a 50% less travelling time.
3 stars: The good: Voice is very specific, no long winded instructions. Voice instruction doesn't silence other audio. The bad: highway navigation avoided despite highway option not disabled. Driving on highway is dimmed. The sky on Android Auto limits the forward view of the route. There's no way to disable it even with 2D selected. Selecting North view doesn't show the sky but then makes navigation tricky.
3 stars: I really like the GUI. I like to display the speedometer in full screen. Unfortunately the maps are not accurate, I found 5 places around my home where the speed limit in Amigo is 130 while it should be 90 (it has been 90 for years). One place where it is...
