4 stars: Got an echo device for my wife who has ms. It has been brilliant for her. She can use the app to call me, on her mobile phone, via voice commands, ask the time and listen to the radio. Unfortunately, she can't phone other people as the app can't sort out what she is saying. \
5 stars: Works like a charm ;) July '21- there seems to be a problem. Alexa is a little slow, and seems to be confused. Very slow to answe. Hmmmm, I asked if there was an Amazon notification... right after she gave one. Unfortunately, I was distracted, and missed it. Tried to get her to repeat it... it was lost... no recollection. Why is that?

5 stars: Excluding the security concerns of smart home systems in general, this is a fantastic asset to have. Alexa is generally very accurate and learns dialects quickly. One feature I would like to see (perhaps I just haven't found it yet) is the ability to have Alexa turn on or off something for a specific period or at a certain time. This would save manually programming smart items. Thanks
