3 stars: At first the service was quite impressive , i recommended it to all of my friends and colleagues but now it's getting a little bad as the drivers started bidding more rates and when u use the ride option for AC cars, they refuse to turn it on and argues with passengers that the ride is not supposed to be Air conditioned despite the pricing difference. Kindly fix this problem otherwise you'll start to lose users.
3 stars: I have booked a ride, but driver refused to go, asking for extra money, also refused for cancellation. AFK 973 name Ibrahim. I waited for 20 minutes along with my 11 year old son in very hot. After that he cancelled. There should be any customer call center number, through we can request for ride cancellation in such cases. Disappointed with driver behaviour.
3 stars: Good app but not showing the live status of vehicle where Is going (and how long take time to arrive) I means if someone order taxi for someone else and he/she want to know where is going taxi. Please improve this thing, it should be much help full for everyone who book taxi for anyone else. I hope you understand what I want to say. Thanks
3 stars: The app needs to be more developed and have more features. Also it has to be more accurate in locating the places as the location is always needs to be made manually to be accurate. Otherwise, the drivers are polite with very good prices!
