5 stars: I appreciate being able to snag a reservation on the go, w/o having to call the establishment. It's extremely convenient to use this app, \u0026 the UI is self explanatory. It is annoying that sometimes I can't modify a reservation without calling in, but I don't know if that's an issue with the app or settings the restaurant imposes. Overall, great app!!
4 stars: OpenTable needs to be updated with real hours that a restaurant us actually open during Covid. I made a reservation at Drago's for 11 am in the warehouse district of new orleans. We walked there throught the rain from the french quarter. I was even asked by OpenTable to confirm which I did. When we got there the restaurant was closed and wasn't opening until 5 pm even though the hours on the door said 11 am. Otherwise i like OpenTable
3 stars: The latest version of open table dose NOT HAVE the sort (alphabetically) by 'restaurant name' option. This was very important to me in finding restaurants and in refinding them. I've been using open table for 15 years and would rate it much higher if it kept this option!
5 stars: This is a great app for finding a good restaurant. I recommend putting in a location, setting a distance, and sort by rating (or whatever you want to sort by)... This will get you to what you're looking for faster (as opposed to navigating through all of the suggestions).
