4 stars: This app was in major need of a design overhaul and overall upgrade. And today was that day. It looks much more 2020 than 2010. Dark mode seems to be standard. It now combines PS Messages so I can get rid of that app now. I'm pleased. Update 12/4/2021. The ability to receive notifications when your friends come online is a very welcome addition! 👍🏻
5 stars: UPDATE: Wishlist is back! Thank you! 5 stars! ORIGINAL: So you add the wishlist to the PS Store on the PS5, and simultaneously remove it from the PS App?!? How does that even begin to make sense?!? I loved the wishlist on the app because I could add games to it from anywhere. I welcome the addition of the playlist on the console, but why remove it from the app?!?
4 stars: This is the best app Playstation could have come up with, it has Messages, Friends list and the Playstation Store (with a wishlist!) all available on the same interface. I also love the notification whenever a download on the PS5 has completed. Being able to also join a party chat is definitely a plus. However I hope on future updates they bring back Activity Feed to see what my friends have been up to
4 stars: Generally good, but the toggles to select which friends you get a notification for when they go online does not work. As soon as you leave that screen it resets to whatever random assortment of friends were toggled on in the first place. Very annoying.
