4 stars: Somewhat better than Google News but also annoying in many ways. Hitting the back button often takes you back to the beginning of the news feed. The Tech articles are boring and generic compared to Google News. All in all it does offer a straight forward interface for getting the news without too many obtrusive ads or articles you can't get to without a special subscription like the Apple News feed.
3 stars: Have always enjoyed getting news while on the go. The only reason I give you a 3, and I was thinking maybe a 2, is that you decided to eliminate the comments section with every article. The worst thing that you could do. If you don't want to allow comments, stop printing articles and maybe just print cartoons or such.
3 stars: I like the detailed information but the service frequently cuts me off as I read a story and go down a page. Therefore, I have to later go to a computer vs my cell, to get the rest of the story. Otherwise, I would give it 5-stars.
4 stars: Seems like overall top news still outranks personalization to avoid an echo chamber. I don't have an account and use it as a guest though. I do like that a lot of their info comes from AP and the guardian which have been shown to be middle ground, just giving the facts resources.
