5 stars: I cannot recommend MasterClass enough! It's perfect for those that want to expand existing skills or learn something completely new. The sessions are short enough to digest and go back for review. And the course workbooks are a great reference. Classes are entertaining and educational. I'm looking forward to my second year of membership!
3 stars: Great content! Been a subscriber for a year and my credit card got charged the renewal, which I was expecting, but when I log in it says my membership isn't valid? I emailed customer support and got one reply that asked me to send the details of the charge and I did, along with a screenshot of the charge, and it's been radio silence for over a week now. Would greatly appreciate a response and solution so I can log back in! Thanks
3 stars: Great service. App. Meh Masterclass is great but the app drives me crazy. If you happen to touch the screen anywhere, you are suddenly in a different lesson. Also, since many of the chablis are taking heads, i like to listen rather than watch. But, unlike other audio apps, if you close the screen or put turn off the phone screen, the app stops. Very frustrating
