4 stars: Would've been 5 stars but sometimes I select a price and then the price changes before I arrive at my destination. Since I'm visiting and don't have WiFi everywhere, I don't get any notification regarding the change. I don't think the price should change once I have already accepted the old price. This has happened several times now. Otherwise muy Bueno.
3 stars: You have made it difficult for the user to use the app with the latest updates. Request you to have a better usability testing / the end user testing before releasing updates like this. I was really happy with previous version and disappointed with the latest one.
5 stars: Easy to use. Only negative is that i can't cancel a ride when the driver decides he doesn't want to take you any further and drops you off randomly before the destination and the app still shows that the the ride is in progress.
5 stars: They need to add a report issue option, so you can report problems such as drivers, getting the wrong person or a cancelation button for that case, it happens to me twice today.
3 stars: I have tried to book a ride and it's taken my money and just kept saying it searching for a driver for me but half hour after I gave up and used uber / ola instead this has happened twice and never been refunded for the rides I never took. But otherwise it's ok
