4 stars: Though very affordable. One of the main problems is the inability of the GPS to precisely direct the drivers to the exact location of the passengers. This needs to be improved. Secondly when one is enroute to his or her destination, the GPS keeps giving wrong information regarding directions. It becomes very challenging when one doesn't know the direction to his or her destination.
4 stars: AS driver, i got 2trouble. 1. I can't even enter the orders auction. Looks like they're all taken before it apear in my screen. 2. Freedom to give anonymous bad review. We don't even know what happened. Communication was perfect till the drop off point of every passenger. And suddenly, a bad review came up.
5 stars: I am Canadian and use this app in Mexico. As I understand it the drivers get more of the profit for their time as compared to u*** you know..I have the app on my Mex number and it seems people can't get it on a Canadian number yet. I have felt safe every time, and they arrive quickly. I speak basic Spanish but even if you don't I believe you would have a good experience. For me it's a must have app here.
