3 stars: There's too many updates. At first, I was fine since they fixed the online banking problem i had with the old version (I can't pay online) but even today, I had to update despite rarely opening this app. The fact that almost every time I open it, the app requested me to update, is just really annoying for me. I hope the development team or whosoever can manage things better. Thank you.
4 stars: Simple usage and full of promotions....only to decide which is much better to choose.Anyway, a problem which i can't accepted are i can't make any payment for credit top up using Credit Card (CC) because i'm not a CC user anymore.It's much easier if deduction made automatically through the credit balance especially those using Prepaid.

3 stars: Why it keep stoping?!.. I can't top up my number with this app cuz it's always stopping.. Before this everything is okey.. But when i update the app today it keep stopping everytime i open it.. Please fix this.. Thank you.. Sorry I'm not good in English,🙏
3 stars: The app doesn't show accurate data usage. I've already hit the 6GB limit of my tethering quota and yet it still shows I have +-3GB allowance left. Please fix this as I regularly use tethering to livestream/ attend online meetings and I need to know how much quota I've used.
