4 stars: If you live outside of an area they do not provide numbers (country code) in, the app will not load past the password screen. So you have to go log in to another country they provide numbers in with a VPN. Say like you live in Hattie and they don't provide a country code there, log into a U.S server thru a VPN. If you don't know what a VPN is Google it. It just lets you log into servers around the world
3 stars: I did not contact support, but they do appear to have fixed VoIP calling within the app. The service appears to work the same as before and does what it advertises. The app is still a bit clunky and would benefit from having a complementary web app for desktop.
4 stars: Very nicely designed app and more importantly, it works well. The only downsides are curent issues with call forwarding/receiving and a random call quality hiccups (line disconnects, delay, stuttering, etc.) hence why I gave it 4 stars. Hopefully, this will be fixed in the future.
