5 stars: They really do listen to customer suggestions! I made a suggestion about one of the skills and, in 3 weeks, I happened to notice it was implemented! That was surprising; I helped change the way a skill worked for literally millions of people! I asked several friends if they used that certain skill and for the ones that did, asked if they noticed the changed. A couple did and said it was a great addition to the skill!
5 stars: This app is exceptional. In my opinion, better that Google Assistant or Siri. The answers, the way it assist you and the app itself are amazing! Super easy to use. I love the fact of controlling other devices through Alexa. 100% recommended. If someone doesn't find it useful, I guarantee that they don't know how to set it up or use it... but really, I found it really easy to use.
5 stars: Very useful and fun when combined with smart plugs, smart lightbulbs, and a Dot. Routines and Skills are a clever way to simultaneously set your lighting and music in which room upon command. \
3 stars: Its pretty good most of the time. There are features that work, and fail, and then work again. Like the drop in ... sometimes yes others no. The app prior to the new update and format was easier to use. Some things are very complicated to get to now. ... here is a quandary with the echo show... why do I see news from Newsy vs my chosen news source? I can't deal with the bias of Newsy.
