3 stars: Sometimes at the time of booking, that one cab details came in mobile screen who is approx 10KM far from my location. No doubt driver and me cancel the ride. Needs more accuracy in location tracking. Earlier i never faced such issue, but in last some times i face such type of issues.
3 stars: There is a major glitch in your app, when booking out station cab, even though giving a different destination, it keeps saying destination is same as booking area. Please solve this, it's very frustrating.
3 stars: As of date trip was completed and payment done. But, the trip is still live and am unable to rate driver. There's no in app option to redress the same. Please take urgent steps to resolve this.
4 stars: It's good. But not for drivers, they sometimes comes from a long distance about 3 to 4 km and just drop us up to 2 to3 kms only. UPDATE of this APP must make clear that all people including customer,driver \u0026 service people must be happy \u0026 comfortable by using OLA APP.
5 stars: Great, only had to wait a few minutes and my ride was at pick up address, much better than waiting for a cab and its great that u can see the price for your trip prior to booking and love how u can track ur ride both prior arriving and during traveling to ur destination all within the app.
3 stars: I don't know what's gone wrong with my ola apps since yesterday ie 24 July, it's not responding.Also most of the drivers are asking extra money from Rs 20 to 30 each ride....
