3 stars: Good content but am writing this review to register disappointment at the iWant user experience on the Digibox. Menu looks very dated, probably made from an out of the box interface that feels very 15 years ago and not in house... Bring this closer to HBO and Netflix and Amazon Prime and you have a fighting chance to make this really awesome.
3 stars: I can't watch my favorite tv series because when i will watch an episode, a notification window will pop up and it says : We can't seem to load the video, try it again later(like that) and when i try to watch another series, it happens the same, until my internet expires, how can i fix that?
3 stars: Tried upgrading to premium plan using Globe/TM number as option to pay but my number won't get registered. It only says invalid number (for Touch Mobile). Also, the app keeps on lagging everytime I try to find shows. Please fix. Also, please upload more Story of Yanxi Palace episodes!
4 stars: I love the app. But sometimes theres something that pops up on my screen saying that i'm not connected to the internet and sometimes it says cant load the video you want but i'm already connected to the internet .Pls fix this. Thank you!!!
