3 stars: The video calls are decent. But the video translator is awful. 7 out 10 times, my words are translated properly,(English to Portuguese) but it doesn't last. 30 Mins later it starts fading. The other way around, never has translated their words properly. If you manage to get translated voice, it covers to much of the screen, and you can't see the persons face.
5 stars: I was so shocked to see that it already has a screen recording function and a function to add subtitles. This would be so helpful for people especially to those who do language exchange! Like, if someone is a beginner in the language the 're learning, the subtitles could help in getting the gist of what the person is saying. The dialogue' s script can also be documented. So cool!
5 stars: Hi, I'm a new user. Skype is amazing! Precisely the best video calling app I've ever used. What I liked the most was that even when the connection goes poor here and there, the call doesn't tell to be reconnecting but instead a fluent communication with barely any pixel fluctuations is intact. Appreciate the team's work especially for the 'send a heart' feature :)
