3 stars: While I have little to no connectivity problem with the Uber driver app as well as the doordash app, Lift has been giving me connectivity problems for the past 2 weeks. Seems like they need to fix something. Update 11/2019...still a problem. Have to re download the app about once a week. Update. This hasn't improved. 2x a week I have to re download. This is still true as of 3/25/2020. Seems like maybe Lyft wants more downloads.
4 stars: When I get close to the pick up location, the close-up view is really confusing. It would be better to leave the view in the same format as the rest of the navigation. It would also be helpful to see the address before we make the last turn. I find myself playing with the app to find the address when I should be focused on driving.
4 stars: Smooth and easy to use better than the competitors. The only thing needs to be changed is that when you add a ride in the queue without being able to see the rating of the rider while I drive with other rider this really frustrate me a lot
3 stars: Without updates, you will loose your place in queue at the airports. Sometimes when there is a glitch, you lose the details of the rides and even complete a ride, it wont show the complete ride rather part of the ride. They won't compensate your work because they cannot see the glitch smh
