4 stars: The Bolt App must be configured to allow operators (drivers) to also can respond by messages to riders. At present only riders send messages to operators. They become rude when they wish to know by messaging how far an operator is but no response is forthcoming. They tend to become attitudinal and score us low as they think we are incompetent in our business. At the worst case scenario we have riders canceling their requests as a result.
4 stars: The app keeps going off in interval of 3 minutes. It's so irrating and exhausting to put it online after every 3 mins. Then check on your pricing it's too low compared to the rates you purport to be offering
4 stars: Bolt must do better for his/her drivers. The app helps riders more then drivers. Something must be done to improve it . thanks. And very important note to bolt drivers must also b allowed to also text back riders.
