4 stars: It's great way to meet people and explore different cultural ascpects. While there is a subscription it is not need to use the app. Which is great! 4/5 because I did see many bots when I downloaded it a year ago but it looks clean so far. Also very pleasant conversation's with other people from across the world.
4 stars: The app is really fun to use. There's nothing wrong with that. But It doesn't work. I was banned on the first day without doing anything? And I didn't get a reason why I got banned? Other people clearly broke the rules but were still there? Please fix this I want to talk to other people again. *Update* Great customer service. I appreciate the fast replies and clear instructions on what to do.
4 stars: All efforts to remove bad users and scammers are highly appreciated... but it should be indeed improved. My account was suddenly banned for no reason, no violation to any regulation. Already wrote an email, waiting for a reply. Update: Customer service was very fast to attend the issue and fix it. It's all working properly now.
3 stars: I love using this app, but it lately randomly can't connect to the server. Doesn't matter if I uninstall or reinstall the app, just keeps happening. Randomly gets better, then does it again. Service has gone downhill
