4 stars: It is a good application however I could not update my profile even though after speaking to customer service The detail call record is not detailed Other options are satisfactory
3 stars: The service is always not working. I can't recharge my balance directly from the app. Tried recharging at different times and days , but always getting 'service down' message. It's only good for keeping track of your balance and net usage. Edit: I updated the app and it works better now.
4 stars: Your application is awesome, but you should give us more explanation about some essential idioms in your work Fo instance the word Flex I can't understand what is it until now except one thing as it is a unit of measurement

4 stars: Update: 6/1/2020 the Flex transfer option to the next month does not working showing an error message every time i'm trying to activate it.
4 stars: Update: The app is now working much better with me honestly.. thanks for the people who got it fixed. Very very slow, I'm really struggling using this app!! I never loads. I have been trying to refresh to see the offers and know my data usage but it always says failed to update data and it has been like this forever.. I'm so disappointed honestly.
