5 stars: I'm satisfied with the Bing search app. The search results are very thorough and extensive. Another great thing about it is that the search results aren't censored as they are with Google. The Microsoft rewards program gives me even more incentive to use this service. I love getting free gift cards to stores like Walmart, Target and other places. I get a gift card every 2 weeks.
3 stars: I can see the potential. The navigation needs alot of work and when you change the settings, the app will not register touch/selection on search most of the time. I do like the info pulled up by bing search. For me, the information is more accurate to my search.
3 stars: Better for the pc than mobile, reasoning being due to small screensize bing background image(main lure) is curtailed, being squeezed by the sky/msn news feeds, which i do not want to see but appear 'sponsored'. Google getting a bad company rep at minute, turned to microsoft, now Firefox.

5 stars: Works well, with a simple interface that puts everything before you. You can saith between categories on the fly, easily go private, and earn great rewards.
