3 stars: Competitors apps could record every turns, every stops even when there is loss of network. Opay, Uber... They can show entire trip movement on the map which enables it to have appropriate calculation when there is loss of network. In a country where perfect network is an illusion. Work on this or O'car will exploit this shortcoming and take over
3 stars: Its a nice app but the upfront pricing is a joke. Am stuck in Jam and the damn thing doesnt even calculate. Worse still some routes you give to use are at times not in good condition especially now with the rains. Some have been rendered some impassable yet you instist we use it. Please let the app calculate accordingly coz the price review also takes ages to be updated. Otherwise do some marketing in Mombasa Kenya. Thank you.
3 stars: These are the app's flaws; Allows only 2 requests every 24 hours to destination set by the driver. Has a time limit for destination set by driver after which the app reverts to normal requests. Alerts drivers of request beyond the radius set by driver. Does not show the passenger's destination before the ride is started by the driver.
3 stars: Poor...! My account was blocked due to poor ratings and was to be opened after 24hours. At the end of the 24hours I couldn't still sign in and I didn't get a response after sending emails.
