3 stars: Your cloud has an issue on the connection. Any how... WHO EVER have an issue accessing using 3g you'll need to UPDATE THE FIRMWARE of the DVR to make it work. Hope this helps

3 stars: my suggest to users, pls do change camera setting in video quality, image quality to standard instead of auto or ultra superclear. That works on my cellural phone services.
3 stars: When i leave the house, no Wifi, using phone data I have 3 IDs but 2 IDs keep offline and never loading and showing like before. Even after i reinstall the apps and re-keyed in my IDs and it still doesnt work. But it work well with other phones. No idea what went wrong. Anyone can assist?
5 stars: It was easy to get up and running. Everything is working as expected. I just wish fast forward high speed playback was supported. (2x 4x 8x 16x and 32x)
3 stars: Good app all 4 cameras work... Few glitches.. Some motion detection doesn't record when it picks up.. Also the browser site works when it wants too. Can't update time because if daylight saving.
