3 stars: Great options to save. I wish free video storage was larger or even an option to not choose to upload video, since I constantly get reminders that there were uploads with problems, which is because it won't upload my videos. I know this already, don't need persistent and annoying notifications to remind me daily about it. Still won't purchase the package.
5 stars: Great for storage, organizing and viewing photos on my TV, tablets and cell phone from where ever, when ever just by selecting the app. It allows me to store them in one place to share them when I want and chose not because the app says I should. One useful benefit of Prime membership I rave about. Believe me there are not many.

3 stars: I uploaded photos from my Mac to Amazon Photos and want to download some of them to my Galaxy s10e. I've Googled directions of how to do this, and followed the directions. It all appears to be working properly, but when I check the Gallery, the photo is not there. I would love some help.
5 stars: There should be a setting to automatically delete things from the device after they're uploaded to the cloud (particularly since this app is specifically marketed for that use-case), but that's the only improvement I can think of.
