3 stars: Submitted my insurance cover note in advanced for at least 2 weeks before date line and until today still not yet update in the system.Called to CS for at least 4 times to ask regarding the renewal in that 2 weeks.Cs only told me to wait as the relevant department haven't update it yet.Come on Grab.
4 stars: I was become a Grab's driver over a year already,My feel was not happy with Grab driver app because I alway turn on the app all the time and move one place to one place in the city especially standby in front of the airport but I never get a good booking from the Grab passengers.even thought My account rate is 5 stars,never got 1,2,3,4 star. 3 stars: When i use for long time ,the lagging problem come and my phone becomes hang for awhile but sometimes the app restart itself.so annoying. And one thing: the map is not zooming automatically please fix it
4 stars: I can't press accept button after doing the settlement. Can't accept jobs because the settlement still there. Have to on and off the phone everytime. This happened after the latest update. This happened on Friday 7th December 2019 during evening peak hour. I can't continue driving and came back. Please fix the bug. Thanks.
