5 stars: Great app but it's been a while since I can't use the fingerprint to open the cameras. I set it up and get the prompt but it doesn't recognize the input of fingerprints. Please fix for 5 stars. Edit: To add that the phone is a Huawei Mate 10 Pro. Edit. Fixed fingerprint and other stuff. Thank you!
5 stars: Out of the box and setup on my home Wi-Fi for the first time is by far the easiest of any IP camera that I have used. The picture and video quality are excellent. I can view and manipulate the camera remotely without any problems. I use a 64mb micro memory card to save all videos and so far I can view all videos from my phone. This app is easy to use once you learn your way around it.
3 stars: At least once a month, my camera goes offline and I have to unplug it to get it to back online. Really inconvenient especially when it is down for days without our knowledge. Otherwise, it works good. Wish it would record a little longer though.
4 stars: Thanks for adding the ability to view my Kami cameras, now I don't need to use 2 apps to view my cameras manufactured by one company. Please add the ability to view multiple cameras at the same time on all platforms. That would be great as I own 7 Kami/Yi cameras and missed an intruder messing with one of my vehicles by a min while I switching camera feeds.
