4 stars: Any messaging application allows to send text messages and make calls from the same application. Duo critically lacks integration with any text messaging application. But this contradicts to another Google app, Google Phone. When the recipient does not answer, the Phone suggests sending him a text message. But Duo just offers to leave a voice message, which is ridiculous. A voice message does not replace a text message.
5 stars: The first couple of times that I use Duo the phone kept freezing up and then it would just shut down. Lately all of my calls a very clear and there was no freeze. I would recommend this to whoever likes FaceTime or anything like this. You can always go through Duo to talk to whoever you want to see while you're talking.
5 stars: I just started using DUO and the call quality is so crisp and clear! Its a great way for me to stay close to my family when we are away. I really enjoy this, there is no freezing, buffering, or stalling in the call. Thank you Google for this feature for Android users!!!!!
5 stars: I have been using duo for 2 months and I have not experienced any trouble as of yet. The picture and audio is nice and clear better than using the regular phone at times. Its is better I wi-fi though then using my data. I am using Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Will keep you updated if I experience any problems I like to keep it simple and honest.
