3 stars: Often the app is great and the whole experience is wonderful, but other times the car loses connection at the worst possible time and ends up making me late to meetings..
5 stars: Brilliant. Looking forward to using the car now fleet of vehicles later next week. Keep up the good work and DO NOT over complicate things like other developers have.
4 stars: Issue with submitting selfie when adding driver's license on pixel 4 Xl. The selfie mode shows up as Black and White only and submissions fail.
4 stars: Convenient. I gave only 4 stars and not 5 because sometimes the cars are dirty and in bad condition, however it's not really the company fault, but the users, therefore I still give 4 stars. Also, once I got a car in a really bad condition and they refund me immediately
5 stars: Works well and fast . Car location could be improved to hide cars parked in a private underground parking(which is forbidden but happens too often)
5 stars: The approval process takes WAY too long, and competitors take less time to approve
3 stars: login problems, asking for updated phone number also i dont have a new number... annoying.
